We will see these two, two more times on future blog posts! But first, do you remember them from our engagement session together at Princess Point?
Inquiring minds want to know. How did Jeremy pop the question? It was no biggie. They had just arrived in Machu Picchu after hiking for FIVE days along the Salkantay trail. They had one more big climb up Huana Picchu which gave them a birds-eye view of the ruins and when they reached the top, Jeremy pulled Arlene to the side, got on one knee… and well, here we are at Airship 37 in Toronto for their kick ass wedding adventures! Another throwback to a 2014 wedding. (aka, blogging updates continue!)
Even Merlin makes an appearance!
Side note: this is the first time I meet Melissa + Morgan from Lustre Events! Back when they were helping with Day Of Planning. I also get to work with these two amazing people a handful more times! (And many more to come!)
Day of Wedding Planner(s) • Lustre Events (Melissa + Morgan)
Officiant • Enduring Promises
Hair & MUA • Alexis Jardin
Dian + Mark created Bay Street. Seriously. These two financial tycoons are SHARKS and they wanted a wedding as crazy amazing and vibrant as them. Taking place at the Berkeley Field House, this Kate Spade inspired wedding came to life with the talent of Love by Lynzie (Lynzie Kent). Black and white stripes, bright pink blooms, and a Scotch tasting bar thrown in for that touch of something masculine (along with hand rolled cigars!) and handmade bracelets (for the ladies – created by the bride and her girls.)
p.s. this one was also featured on The Wedding Co.’s blog!
Balls Falls is a pretty amazing place to get married. From the waterfalls, to the little church, from the big barn to all the amazing little nooks and gardens. Teaming up with Amanda Cowley Events, Maria + Daniel’s family had home grown everything. Blooms, desserts and a whole lotta love.
Maria + Daniel’s first look took place at the Comfort Maple. This tree is nothing short of freakin’ magical. And it’s pretty amazing that these two, now have their own maple syrup small batch business (which you NEED to try: Sweet Bark Maple.)
Oh Ashley + Will. Where do I start with these two music loving nerds? These two wanted music to be a HUGE role in their amazing day, and Lynzie (Love by Lynzie) and her kick ass team, delivered.
Check out the freakin’ VINYL decor. And the colour! OH the colour (thank you to Tanya List – my colour soul mate.) I still remember Ashley and I exchanging shoes for a bit… I wish I had those Kate Spade heels now. (Where they at Ashley?!) Honey badger for life!! xo
I’m loving reminiscing with these throwback weddings (aka catching up on the blog!) These two amazing people met at the University of Toronto. Now both doctors, Ashley + Tony decided on the Hart House because of their past history there together. We will see more of these two when Ashley’s brother get’s married in 2017! (Yet another blog post to come!)
