2011 in review!
2011. was. AMAZING. I cannot wait to see what 2012 has in store…
I’m excited to learn more and see where my camera takes me.

Here’s a look back on some events of 2011 for me! Happy 2012 to ALL!
Oleks + Darren: Engaged!
I met Oleks in University. She is not only crazy talented in Graphic Design, but in photography as well! So when she asked me to shoot her wedding…wow. I was ecstatic!
When working with these two, it was just so amazingly comfortable! I cannot WAIT for their wedding. It’s going to be as intense as the colours we got on this gorgeous fall day. Oleks made the headband herself, the jacket is from Anthropologie and her ring? Oh so delicious and vintage. And REMEMBER how they brought a FALCON to the shoot? Yea. That’s right.
This was also my LAST session of 2011! What a kick-arse way to end such an awesome-sauce of a year…
Adrian + Andrea: Engaged!
Dark scary clouds were chasing us downtown Toronto during Andrea + Adrian’s engagement shoot back in September. And not only was it threatening to thunder down on us, in a torrential sort of way, It. was. HOT. Holy heck it was hot.
Speaking of hot. Andrea sure knew how to work my camera. So luckily, the thunder stayed at a distance. And we only had a few drops to cool us down.
Sneak Peek: Oleks + Darren
I couldn’t have asked for a better session to end of the season with. Oleks + Darren are HILARIOUS. I LOVED working with the two of them. And they had an amazing surprise for me at the end…(you’ll just have to see below!)
I also couldn’t pick just one photo for this little peek. With the most perfect weather, a gorgeous Anthropologie jacket, vintage camera, beautiful colours, BAH! Stimulation overload. Oh and of course, the little surprise too!! Enjoy!
Melissa + Tom : Engaged!
Meet Melissa + Tom! I went to school with this adorable couple. Can you imagine how excited I was when they asked me to do their engagement shoot? I mean, two AMAZING designers asking me! Did I also mention that I’ll be shooting their wedding in February in…MEXICO!!! EEP!!!
When we were planning for the shoot, the rain was non-stop. And even though there was a 80% chance it was going to rain the day of our shoot, we held on and pushed through. With ginormous balloons in hand, we had under an hour at High Park before the rain started!
Tom got some AIR!!!

And uhm… How AMAZING is this ring? It needed more then one photo appearance in this post. Tom had it custom MADE!! *swoon*
